Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when complete.

Request Data Deletion
Your data deletion request has been received.
We will process it within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Is Deleted
- Name, email, phone number, and address from our contact records
- Estimate requests, form submissions, and chat messages
- Facebook Login data and any associated profile information
- Website interaction history linked to your identity
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained after deletion if required by law:
- Warranty records — Required to honor active roof warranties
- Contract and invoice records — Required by California tax law
- CSLB compliance records — Required by the Contractors State License Board
- Legal dispute records — If involved in active legal proceedings
Facebook Users
If you connected to TopCal Roofing through Facebook Login, you can also remove our app from your Facebook account:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find TopCal Roofing and click Remove
- This will notify us to delete your data on our end
